Mindset is me, Christina. I believe we can all be and have anything in life with the appropriate tools. I want to help as many people as I can breakthrough their limiting beliefs and empower them to consistently live and perform to their unique potential. In turn, I coach athletes, performers, and people searching for a healthy lifestyle to find a successful mindset and methods that open new doorways to reach their dreams and experience a powerful sense of achievement and vitality.

A 6-week mind-body course designed to balance your life and optimize your wellness. Enjoy 45-minutes of fitness that progressively builds strength and endurance. This is followed by 30-minutes of mental conditioning to systematically build a healthier lifestyle

Mental strategies include:

  4. Weight-Wellness Attitude

  5. Shield Against Stress

  6. Build Momentum

Beginners to advance exercises will benefit from this class.

Sport Psychology: Motivation, Anxiety, & Imagery

If you have an interest in sports or any performance domain (debate, music, dance) and wish to learn more about the mental aspects of performance, you will enjoy this workshop. This activity-based class covers the most effective and evidence-based methods of improving performance and preparing mentally for competition. Each meeting will focus on a particular element of Performance Psychology including calling your internal coach, getting a grasp on performance xiety, and using imagery to harness your potential. All types of athletes and performers at various skill levels are welcome. Participants can range from adolescents to retirees or elite to recreational athletes.

A skiing, sport, and outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Christina Heilman earned her PhD in Sports & Exercise Psychology. She also has more than 10 years experience as an athletic trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and university lecturer.
