In my 20+ years working with youth to elite athletes, coaches, CEO's and leaders, I have watched the grinding, pushing, and win-at-all costs culture that is glamorized but not healthy.
As a result, I founded Mindset with a pioneer spirit to challenge the mainstream culture of hard charging, high achieving performers by redefining success in health and human performance.
The Science of Soft was recently born out of wanting to share with you a softer –and successful, side to human excellence.
I could fancy up the Science of Soft and sell it. But I'm not. Because I think the world really needs this information right now (S.O.S.: Science of Soft or Save Our Souls).
